As stated on this website since 2004, a candidate’s name and/or resume would not be discussed with-, or disclosed to anyone without the candidate’s explicit, prior consent! EFR is committed to safeguarding and protecting a candidate’s personal information in-line with the POPI Act. As a small and niche owner-managed business with no employees only Deon Brenner (Company Owner & Information Officer) has access to a candidate’s personal information. The information is securely and professionally stored in the cloud by a highly reputable global recruitment software provider, based in Ireland. Personal information collected from candidates will be used for the sole purpose of securing employment and has never, and will never, be utilized for any other purpose.
