A prominent boutique Wealth Management firm is seeking a highly capable and energetic team player with superb communication skills to join their team to assist with the onboarding of new HNW clients and the execution of various tasks relating to the clients’ accounts, including the administration relating to these tasks.
The successful incumbent will amongst others be responsible for:
• Client onboarding KYC, FAIS and client screening.
• Provide clients and Wealth Managers with Tax and reporting statements.
• Load cases on Salesforce and keeping Wealth Managers updated on the progress of tasks.
• Keep Salesforce CRM database up to date with client information.
• Liaise with multiple service providers with instructions and platform offering and changes.
• Participate in projects relating to service providers, client data and industry regulations.
• Perform trading/subscription/redemptions/transfer tasks on clients’ accounts with multiple platforms.
• Perform account loading and payments including FX trades.
• Collect revenue from specific providers locally and internationally.
• Stay up to date on product and industry knowledge by attending different training initiatives and communicate any training requirements.
• Assist with reports, proposals and presentations.
• General wealth administration.
Requirements:
• B.Com, BBusSci or related degree.
• RE5 exams essential.
• At least two years’ experience within a Wealth & Investment firm, ideally dealing with the administration of HNW individuals.
• Experience working with Adobe, Salesforce and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge on local investment platforms is crucial.
