A boutique Wealth Management firm specializing in HNW and UHNW clients is seeking a dynamic Client Services Administrator to support Wealth Managers with client onboarding, account administration, and compliance, while ensuring top-tier client service.
The successful incumbent will amongst others be responsible for:
• Client Onboarding & Compliance: Handle KYC, FAIS, client screening, and onboarding across multiple platforms.
• Account Administration: Process trades, subscriptions, redemptions, FX trades, and payments.
• CRM & Reporting: Maintain Salesforce CRM, provide tax & reporting statements, and support with reports and presentations.
• Client & Provider Liaison: Communicate with service providers and manage client data updates.
• Regulatory Projects: Stay current with compliance requirements and contribute to internal projects.
Requirements:
• B.Com, BBusSci or related degree.
• RE5 certification (essential).
• 2+ years’ experience in Wealth/Investment firms (HNW/UHNW preferred).
• Strong Salesforce, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and local platform knowledge (e.g., Allan Gray, Ninety One).
• Attention to detail, strong communication, and a client-focused mindset.
